I'm learning so much about meat alternatives that are actually edible, tasty, and best of all made sans cholesterol! This not only helps me since it's been nearly one year since my open heart surgery (CABG) triple bypass, but also because I've been a victim of the Big Lies of the meat and dairy industries - all my life: That the ONLY way to get protein or calcium is by consuming mass quantities of meat, poultry, fish, eggs, cheese, milk, and other toxic, inflammatory foods.
